I have 1920x1200, 1920x1080 and 1680x1050 tried the adapter with screens of gadgets and there were no problems with the display of "static" content (eg Desktop Experience). When playing movies or television images must, for technical reasons, expect restrictions. A television picture is indeed still quite handsomely reproduced, but the adapter device to its limits here. Movements are not at any time be 100% liquid and the display looks not entirely trouble-free compared to the image of the internal graphics adapter. When playing motion pictures, the CPU usage of the computer is relatively high (20% -40% with a quad-core machine). Playback of 3D game graphics I have not tried. I also think that the adapter for these types of applications is not suitable.
In addition to the resolutions specified on the packaging are also more "interim resolutions" support. For example, the resolution 1280x720 adjustable using some beamers.
At behavior of the adapter when the computer starts, switching in and out of sleep mode, there is nothing to complain about. Here would be mentioned that the screen output starts from the USB adapter after booting the operating system. BIOS issues (when you start the computer) are, for technical reasons, not displayed.
In the Display Adapter there is absolutely nothing to complain about, so 5 points.
