Delivery without history. The seller is not Amazon but the service is good soon. Compared to the packaging of HP, one of this Brother is a little less resistant: the openings that serve as handles were torn. This printer is also more than 10 kg. But the interior was not affected.
The WiFi network installation was done by following the instructions without hesitation. My router is a 7570 FritzBox 4 years and appliances are one iMac, 1 MacBook Air, MacBook White 1, 2 iPhones, iPad 1, 1 Nexus 7 and a PC. There was a choice of wireless configuration from a computer (either via USB cable or via Ethernet cable) and configuration directly from the touch screen of the printer. I chose the latter and the printer is easily put on WiFi before I had to start WPS (WiFi Protected Setup) router.
Then the driver software installation took place without problems, download the latest versions on the Brother site: Yosemite The iMac, MacBook Air on Mountain Lion, the white MacBook on Snow Leopard, iPhones on iOS 8.3 The Nexus on Android 5.1 and PC on Windows 7 64-bit. All these devices can print remotely, Macs and PCs can also initiate scans. I have not installed the fax function.
In standby, you can not hear the printer.
The print output is almost instant, the 22 "advertised latency are there.
With N & B is thinner than the Laserjet.
Printing color graphics is excellent.
The color photo printing is just acceptable, the horizontal line grid to see. This does not apply to a Canon Pixma special paper and wax melting.
The OCR software is unsatisfactory.
Last, a week after installation, I unplugged the printer to change places. Although being off for about an hour, it is reconnected to the WiFi network at power without need for any reconfiguration.
