After installation and the set of the (new) volume as the startup volume, the SSD ran smoothly. After downloading the software "JetDrive Toolbox" But I realized that it is not possible to activate the Trim function.
After some research on the net I realized that this is related to Yosemite - Apple has apparently security policies changed with Yosemite that it is not possible third party to activate the Trim function.
This is obviously only possible by tools. I have a few things about these tools (eg. B. Trim Enabler) read and absolutely recommend, before use of such tools is also about the possible consequences (of policy violations through to the risk that the Mac sometime will not boot ...) knowledge makes and weigh.
I decided not to activate the function. As explained by a few pages, the speed difference is rather negligible. The alleged failure to erase problem should be negligible even in the modern SSD.
This, however, everybody has to decide for themselves. There are many sides to this issue, I give only a reference to a page that I found particularly interesting and helpful. These references further: [...]
As profound explanations of Trim functions are beyond the scope here, I would refer to Wikipedia - there you will find a lot of background knowledge.
Now my plate without running trim, but I notice no difference in performance. I hope that the SSD by holding long and I have thereby extending the possible useful life of my MacBooks considerably.
After the final installation, I recommend the update to the latest firmware. This can also be found on the manufacturer's site.
4 stars I forgive because the Yosemite support deficient. Here I would have expected from the manufacturer a clearer indication of the problems.
5 star they would be worth in full support.
