Ordered on Tuesday delivered the complete whole Thursday in a protective packaging. Mounted in 30 minutes. To put it as the boots I failed to put a plastic shelf and a spar without it destabilizes the whole. My only regret is that he would miss 2-3 high between the shelves so as to be able to easily accommodate a little more high shoes. Otherwise, I highly recommend this item!
