The kit includes the speakerphone, a very small 12V USB charger for the cigarette lighter, a 1,80m long USB cable and a printed manual.
The manual is a multilingual leaflet and understandable if one has deciphered the sequence of columns.
For Parrot Minikit Neo:
The Loading:
Before commissioning the device must first be charged. This will take about 3-4 hours. Loading either via the USB port on the computer or the included 12V USB charger to the cigarette lighter in the car.
Unfortunately, and should be bought a USB 230V mains charger missing, because in the 12V charger is to be noted that the car's cigarette lighter must have continuous current, so also works without the ignition key.
In modern automotive this is rather rare. So the store is only possible during the (long) ride. So the 12V charger is intended rather go for an emergency.
A computer must be running as long as loading and requires a lot of electricity to the small Parrot to life.
Therefore, take a USB 230V mains charger.
Actually, the charging indicator LED should turn on Minikit when the battery is full. This did not happen with me.
The Design:
The Minikit Neo is very well made, about cigarette box size and has three buttons and a dial. The arch at the back is spring-mounted and adapts to the thickness of the sun visor on. A wide elastic fabric tape (for mounting on sun visor) as the Minikit + is fortunately no longer necessary.
The Micro is a small hole under the rotary knob.
The speaker is invisible front the black large area.
Neo is turned now with a slide switch which is also used for battery control. The state of charge is Full rübergeschoben announced in percent. A very good improvement.
The first use:
The Parrot announces itself either at the beginning of the store or by holding down the power button and asks for coupling the mobile phones. The coupling is carried out quickly and without any problems.
The operation and menu navigation is simple and comprehensible to the Parrot even without instructions.

... Works flawlessly. Either one says Minikit or the green button is pressed on the Parrot, then say the name and the connection is established.
Making learning the Parrot nothing, all the family members and children are identified linguistically.
However, it is important to know the exact entry in the address book.
Names still be recognized as the entry and associated (eg "Doe, Max" and they say only "Max").
The call arrival is announced with the caller's name (if the phone number has been activated) and then just say "Answer" or "Reject". This works flawlessly, even at higher speeds.
But loud music to be turned down.
The Sound:
At speeds up to 50 km / h so city traffic is the sound for both sides clearly.
From 120 km / h running noise of the vehicle is very noisy with over, although the voices are not well understood.
Battery life:

Supplement 26.09.12: Complaints
After 2 weeks, it was found that the battery runs each within 4 days (even in standby). In addition, lights, as described above, the charging indicator LED light dimmed further.
Then I contacted Parrot by mail and received the following reply:
1. The light further lights of the charging indicator LED is correct (the description in the manual is wrong), and
2. My Parrot Minikit Neo is defective because the battery drained too quickly.
I'll send the NEO henceforth Parrot because Amazon defective devices from the product testing program does not take back and then my experience report here.
Addendum 04:10:12: prior complaint
Today called me a friendly staff of Parrot Munich and informed me that Parrot Germany does not offer service. Goods may only be returned to the dealer.
After my reference to the product test program from Amazon (and that Amazon is not exchanging testers) is Parrat Germany (exceptionally) obtain a replacement NEO from France (headquarters) and send it to me in a while.
I find it interesting that this product test now includes the service of Parrot.

Addendum 01:11:12: revaluation after complaint
A week holiday in Denmark with many hours of driving now yields a damning indictment.
1. The battery was after 4 days at 20%. Subsequent recharging after 5 days showed an empty battery pack.
Since the unloading without calls but only by the turned lured and subsequent standby time came, I think the term is too short.
The miniki + is capable of several weeks.
2. During the journey the NEO understood probably talking a "magic word" and tried to create a connection. Cancel on the end call button, he could not be.
