As active ingredients permethrin and pyriproxyfen are included. Permethrin is used as a fast acting insecticide, pyriproxifen prevents the growth not yet killed vermin, is a kind of long-term toxic (to 6 months). Piperonyl butoxide is used as accelerator effect.
Because of permethrin cats should not be exposed to the agent, since cats are very sensitive to the drug.
In dogs and other animals there is no risk. All animals have to be removed before use.
Pigeons or chickens that serve as food should be housed in my opinion a few days elsewhere.
