Entry-level device with multiple functions

For my taste, the benefits are for this price range, the unit provides the absolute top. The materials used are pleasant and not look cheap or so, the processing is generally also good no sharp edges or other unsightly anomalies. The buttons at the bottom are easy to use and the two knobs also respond very well. The operation and menu navigation I find quite intuitive and clearly structured, it actually can be explained by itself, the accompanying printed manual was not needed (by the way there is when you first start a setup wizard). Overall, convinced me I hear the sound of this little device, I had expected for me with worse sound and was at the end pleasantly surprised. At the point to be noted that the sound is not a sound investment for 1000 comparable, but can easily keep up with a micro-system. Otherwise, I think the control via app from your smartphone really great and I can only recommend every Internet radio, absolutely great. It should also be mentioned that the wireless reception at ourselves at farthest point of 4R apartment is absolutely great and no problems when streaming Internet radio or music composed by home network. What I have noticed very positive: the radio stores the Internet connection data and Favourites and all settings even when it is fully disconnected from the mains, nowadays already become extremely rare, many products have to constantly be in standby, this is not (keyword: saving energy)!

Let us now briefly once more to the (marginal for me) disadvantages:
-It seems to be of Medion in fact, no firmware updates for this product line, however, this also applies to other Internet radios from Medion, but you should also consider whether that should be the decisive criterion now
-Most connections (electricity, AUX in, Headphone, LAN) are located on the back, USB on the top deck side

I'm getting to see an advocate of everything in proportion. Before you buy you should think about what are the requirements for the particular product and not buy something which does not correspond to and then write a lousy review because it does not meet the demands. Who is looking for a compact entry-level device with very good basic functionality and good price-performance ratio is right here.
