Error message: Word has stopped working

I had "2013 Home & Student" really looking forward to the Office version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNotes. However, I had doubts as to whether it would be wise to install this Office version with single user license on my two year old notebook, because I want to get in half a year a new notebook. And then? Do I have to re-purchase these Office version? I wanted to solve the problem when it actually occurs. First, I wanted to install the new Office 2013.

The installation designed to be an obstacle course. First, I had to register with Microsoft and there to create an account for me me. Enter the activation code and the installation started.

Installation via a download from the Microsoft server took more than two hours. That made me suspicious indeed, but I was still confident that the installation was successful. I have driven my computer shut down and restarted. Now my Word files have a new layout in the folder. But .. I could not open it! My whole Word files could not be opened. For a window popped up: "Microsoft Word has stopped working." I had noticed. "The program does not run correctly because of a problem." I had also noticed. "The program will close and you will be notified when a solution is available." Aha. And how could that happen? By email, Support? I have repeatedly tried to open Office 2013 did not succeed.

Then I turned to the support. Unfortunately I have received from the Support for 14 days no answer.

Meanwhile, I had Office 2013 by using the Control Panel to uninstall twice more and reinstalled, unfortunately it was not working. Error message continues to be "Microsoft Word has stopped working". Too bad, very bad.
