ERROR TITLE 1

The book is good (though very Canadian, but it's hard to escape as the books for crockpot are rare in France), but ATTENTION, the title is wrong: there are not 200 but 100 recipes (which is still less than half!)
That said, I invite everyone just take ideas in the books of simmered "standards" and just adjust the cooking mode for your slow cooker (it is usually sufficient to reduce the liquid by 25 to 50% and extend the cooking few hours).
