At first I had ordered me a KVM switch from Digitus. There functioned special keys on the keyboard (browser access, etc.) and not under Linux, the highest resolution of the LCD monitor are not shown.
Therefore, this KVM switch from D-Link has been ordered. However, the work did not. The computer with Linux could play with the KVM switch not more videos. (I mean, ran the sound, but the picture was no more film, but rather a slide show every second ...) The computer with Microsoft Vista Home Premium crashed repeatedly from blue screen, which he did without KVM. Next tests I have not done ...
Negative is even on that when turning on a computer always the first port is active, even if only one computer and even not the first is turned on - unintelligent.
Compared to the KVM switch from Digitus is solid processed (metal housing) and the operation is well thought - so clearly superior yet. On the special keys and higher screen resolutions on Linux I have to do without then probably.
