I used the probe for the first time for a country terrine. Without the probe, the cooking time announced on the recipe was insufficient. There, without trial and error, I arrived at a ball cooking. Small problem for this sensor, its instruction manual. It is written in very small letters and the information displayed on the screen of the probe are in English. I had to scan the user manual and bigger character to get to master this unit.
I will try to adapt the probe with a stainless steel clamp to hold it halfway up a liquid preparation in a pot where other container.
