The reputation of this device is not overrated. Quality is at the appointment. This is an extremely well finished player, which does absolutely not knock or plastoc. From the sound point of view, I conquered; even the helmet, which is always the weak point of the readers, here is quite good, so much so that for the moment I have not had the desire to change the (a reel would however have been welcome). The navigation system is very intuitive; hand one takes in thirty seconds or less. You just get used to the extreme sensitivity of the keys, which, ultimately, is an advantage. There is no radio, but it is indifferent to me. As for the video, the display is of excellent quality, but it makes little sense to want to watch movies on a screen of this size, however good it may be. Particularly significant is the fact that we can use the M3 just like any removable media (one branch and it is recognized without having to install anything), which means 1) that it is not needed go through a music management software like i-tunes or rhythmbox to use them, 2) it is not limited to Windows. It was this feature, and full compatibility with Linux systems, that guided my choice. This obviously does not prevent her to sort songs by artist, title, genre, etc., create playlists, read by directory ... In (small) regrets: the appearance of the mirror surface.
