I am TEFL teacher in Brazil and I used the game during an immersion event. The part time all day and was a success from the standpoint "get people talking" what was the purpose and the meeting and play. In the end, in addition to publicize the winner, was awarded "special prices" like "the loudest death", "the most violent death", etc. which made everyone laugh a lot. Success!
Anyway, this was a diversion of the game to use as a teaching tool. I think that this is a great game in itself and that would be great fun too with family or friends. But for this it is essential that the participants "engaged" really, that is to say, enter into the spirit of the game.
