First, I have to say that I only use batteries instead of batteries, if possible. Accordingly, many batteries I have already in use. Since in the meantime some of these batteries no longer provided the desired performance, it was time again new battery purchase. Since I often have a reserve ratio lead batteries with me, it was also important to me that they have a low self-discharge. What good is the reserve ratio, when the batteries after 4 weeks at the jerk rate are also empty?
About this request, I came to various reports of the Eneloop batteries. So far, these batteries have let me down in any way. On the contrary, I'm thrilled.
Immediately after arrival, I have this loaded with the charger BC900 and then used in various devices. It now falls to the long duration. This is significantly longer than before with the same capacity NiMh batteries.
Even after two weeks of storage in a charged state, so far I could find hardly any self-discharge. The cells are recharged in a very short time. Statements about the behavior during prolonged storage time, I can not yet meet.
So far, I can issue a strong buy recommendation. The Eneloop batteries are the best that I had so far and I will stay for sure at this. Especially for use in devices that are seldom used, where previously batteries could be used for almost the self-discharge, the eneloop are ideal.
