The author addresses in the many pages that follow the different groups that make up the human body: trunk, arms, hands, head, etc ... respecting each time a specific approach:
- A presentation of the bony part from different angles with a caption to identify each bone.
- Part showing visible markers of muscle bulges or protrusions of bone under the skin, in stillness or in motion (this part is recognized by the appearance "yellowed" page which deals).
- A very detailed inventory of the muscles studied part with their roles and respective processes (attachment points). To accompany explanations, clear and legible drawings serve as illustrations. Arm movements, synchronized with those of the forearm, of great complexity, are amply explained with many patterns.
The last pages are devoted to a synthesis which, after prolonged study of details, brings us a comprehensive understanding of the human body, as it presents a whole. Follows some artistic illustrations.
An excellent book with many illustrations, and whose author has bothered to take stock of some delicate aspects and difficult to treat. I would recommend this book for deep learning of artistic anatomy.
