we were looking to replace a defective car radio with MP3 one with Bluetooth so that you can telephone in the car without breaking the law.
Having already tested a NoName in eBay and Sony here at Amazon, where both units partly the station "forgot", we opted for this JVC.
Compared to the 841 is actually the decisive Utnerschied that has the 841 multi-color display and the ability to change the color. However, the players from the 841 administered less Folder levels in mp3 player.
Details:
Operation:
very easy. The volume knob is also the "Mute" button (top button). Large display characters, clearly visible, also dims when you turn the low-beam illumination. Everything is arranged intuitively placed.
You switch between CD radio Bluetooth audio USB by repeatedly pressing the Source button or pressing the Source button and then the multifunction wheel turn (large volume knob)
MP3 player:
recognizes up 32 Folder-levels (841 only 16) and reveals all, really all ID3 tags, even if you have to press on the display knöpchen to see all. Easy selection of directories under benutzun the multifunction wheel.
Bluetooth:
not only up to two phones simultaneously logged to answer calls from both, but it will be stored to 5 phones. If the phone Bluetooth is turned on when the radio is (automatically with the ignition) is turned on, the radio searches automatically after a few minutes after Bluetooh devices to sign it. The pairing is easy.
Bluetooth is also recognized as an audio source for music. If the (already been paired) phone is not detected when boarding, you can reveal it by being selected as a Bluetooth music source. The music playback can be controlled on the radio as well as on the phone. There is also a JVC-Application for Android that works very well.
All in all an excellent device that already does with us for almost a year service. We would buy it again.
