Compared to my old Garmin GPS 12 XL, it took 15 years, and there is no comparison. Acquiring satellite is remarkably fast, and sensitivity was significantly improved, so that I correctly acquired satellite in undergrowth. The screen is easily readable, remarkable ease of use; map and compass in the bag (in case) it is my faithful companion of mountain walks.
