With this method, surprise, no problem to get to work. It's playful and progressive, everything is explained. On each page (later double page) a known children's song, a little music theory (explanations for the adult, how to approach such a notion with the child, really simple), and here we go.
My daughter is thrilled, it easily gets to work and progresses gradually.
For cons, the little 4 year old sometimes want, but it's still too difficult for her to focus (or it would take a real teacher).
What is missing for improvised teachers like me however: the indications how to stand, hold hands, fingers (! Not flat on the keys) ... I draw on my experience but I think for someone who s' puts all alone, there are pitfalls to avoid.
For content, the only possible downside: the left hand is working far less than the right, it plays really simple accompaniment. It's a shame. why not pass the melody left too?
But in all, excellent for motivation and result. I am very happy. (The stickers ... I already had, by chance, purchased in supermarkets in a mix of stickers of all shapes)
