Helmet bought there 1 week.
Here are my first impressions
The "+"
+ 24 hours of battery - excellent, it helps not to have all the time to recharge the headset
+ Controls easily accessible, practical and comprehensive - intuitive, they learn very quickly
+ Compatible with Apple products, Windows Phone and Android => exactly the same features with OS 3 - Bluetooth or wired
+ Connects to 2 devices at the same time => Music on iPad and Smartphone call - the music automatically pauses and restarts at the end of the conversation, or switch between two music sources
+ External microphone lets you hear what's going on around you without having to remove the headset or chat with someone
+ Very very good sound quite neutral - assessment of the sound is very personal - however, it can play with the EQ Type "iTunes" that will highlight what you prefer (bass, treble, rock, pop, classic,. ..). Also note that the sound quality is heavily dependent on the source. Although the MP3 files may not be of exemplary quality, rendering remains excellent.
+ Bass are present but not overwhelming
+ Pass the voices very clearly (one of the highlights of this headset)
+ Noted no problems with treble
In short, punchy enough but keeping quality sound
+ Noise Cancelling (ANC) very efficient - close to the Bose QC
The "+/-"
+/- Wired => to use the same headset when the battery is flat - for cons, few of the connected device is only power to grind
+/- Microphone for Smartphone is not excellent => caller can not hear well
+/- Comfort quite okay but the size is a handicap headphones (coated with a cushion eg)
Bluetooth signal +/- good but the sound is occasionally (very rare) hatched even with the iPad on lap ... => quite unpleasant. I do not know if it comes from the headphones or the iPad ...
The "-"
- Instructions and rickety avoided for people with difficult to read small characters (written in arial 2 ... in my opinion) - by cons, you can load the user manual on the site in PDF (with Errors translations or untranslated passages)
- The controls are great but the manipulation means
- Strong unit "plastic" => does not inspire robustness and see the long term
- The starting of the ANC causes a slight hiss audible rather unpleasant when no music is played
- Non-rigid carrying case ... considering the price of the helmet might expect something more correct
I bought these headphones for an excellent compromise between sound quality, reliability, convenience and versatility. On this aspect, I do not regret my purchase, it fits perfectly with what I expect from him. In terms of sound quality, it is in the top of the basket while I think AKG and Sennheiser are among the best but do not offer (yet) as many features.

The headset does not work anymore. No way to recharge it or turn it on. Contact made with the Customer Service Department at 09:00 Plantronics => send an email with a procedure (simple enough) to follow and based on a product registration and the invoice, an email is sent with a PDF file. The PDF is a label for DHL (shipping paid by Plantronics). 3:00 p.m. same day DHL comes to pick up the helmet => awaiting the reaction of Plantronics. Normally warranty => should be replaced.
I descend from April to March stars because even though I consider this helmet is top, reliability just take a hit - see penultimate dash (does not inspire robustness and see the long term) ... I put the commentary to date on receipt of the new helmet and if it fails.

Helmet received back Thursday, 19.02 to 13.00 by DHL. Helmet nine replacing the defective => FLAWLESS service. Helmet replaced in 3 days via DHL without spending 1 cent.
Hopefully the new held as long as the old stroke.
