I wanted for a new pan like to take some extra cash in hand, so I get something decent, I can use for many years.
The search proved not easy because there are pans dime a dozen, but in the end I ended up with this model.
After unpacking the pan makes a very good impression, because the material is very high quality and you have the touch of the coating feels that when frying nothing sticks.
First I have prepared in the pan noodles. The result was great! Outside very crispy and golden brown and the inside soft.
This was followed by homemade Bolognese. Again shines the pan with their good frying because nothing burns.
A few days ago the pan for baking was used here as well, the result was, as expected, brilliant.
Yesterday I used the pan for minute steaks. The size of the pan I got every 6 minutes steaks with pure once.
Fry 1 minute per side was enough and the steaks are perfectly managed.
As endurance test I can fry milk in the hot pan. I have given the pan, so that all sets beautiful whole 10 minutes.
After the contents Rabenschwarz was, I tried to solve the Burnt. This went smoothly! Simply slide a spatula aside and finished. This created a WOW factor with me.
Basically, you can clean the pan easily. Simply wipe with a damp cloth - it was then (even permanently burned!).

UPDATE 08/2012:
I had the pan unfortunately at Amazon send back, since it has been solved in many places the coating.
It emerged in many places small black dots that could be easily solved with a fingernail. Why does the coating has dissolved, I can not say definitely it is not healthy and 1. 2. If the pan almost 100 cost absolutely unacceptable. I have now ordered the Berndes Saute Bonanza. Therefore, I draw back from a few Puntke. It would be interesting to know how it behaves with other customers of the coating.
