True, the initial setting made difficulties. But was crucial a comment from a 1-Star Rating:
just in TV audio menu the headphones volume all the way up and then adjust only on KoHös, automatic shutdown then no longer occurs.
From this point on we had no more trouble, the transmission was also over longer distances (other room) easily!
Speaking of volume: Certainly like many music lovers listen to certain passages of a piece especially loud (and intensive). For me and my wife the volume completely enough, we can still hear namely our children when they sign up.
More and more I find myself, even late wind the headphones evening or at night because of the sound and the stereo effect but are so pronounced that the enjoyment of a good film is enhanced further. Also, some background noise in the scenes are clearly better to hear what makes the film more authentic.
At the headquarters of the headphones there is nothing to complain about. Well, they noted, but without contact as it gets, and the risk of hearing loss is due to the construction unlikely (as opposed to in-ears).
However, the earcups weld something in a very long period of wear headphones (more than one hour).
Only the criticism of the noise is not clear for us because not occurred.
Attitude problem?
Electronic indifferences?
Insufficient quality controls?
Sony should submit its observations, z. B. a comment identifiable contribution (as already done in other reviews.)
Conclusion:
The headset has earned five stars.
Supplement of 20 April 2014:
Even after more than a year earphones at almost daily use are unchanged excellent.
Addendum dated 25 February 2015:
Continues to work like clockwork, unchanged good quality.
