I wanted a medium suitable for my iPad mini 2, to use it in my Renault Espace IV, and difficult to navigate all proposed bases. The part of the base which is positioned within the cup holder is made of hard plastic covered with an anti-slip rubber. By rotating a ring, the entire base expands to securely block inside the cup holder. The flyer arm is strong, and allows you to position your taste phone or tablet (vertical or horizontal). For my part, I observe any rocking the tablet during travel. There is no problem either when the screen is touched, but if we want to support more strongly the square button of the iPad, there it is better the second hand to hold all if not slightly twist the foot and prevents you support appropriately. Once the bent arm, the size of the base is minimal, and can therefore remain permanently in the car. Brief flawless.
