There is a similar product of a well-known manufacturer of sound cards, which I own. But why do I use the inline converter now almost every day?
The following points speak for the "adapter cable":
1. The already short and tightly integrated Micro-USB cable -> No cable applications and especially the length just right
2. The analog volume control designed as a rotary potentiometer -> fast and finely adjustable volume
3. Integrated switchable two-level hardware and bass boost
4. HD resolution of the DAC with 24-bit / 96kHz
5. The amplifier performance is very good for headphones to 240 Ohm
6. The converter is also operable to operate on a tablet PC with Windows 8.1 and with adapter to USB Type-A as a DAC to a normal PC
7. The sound is excellent, no distortions in bass boost off
8. The integrated battery lasts a long time, I'll order a complete day
9. Video Reviews Headphones two outputs are perfect, one is used to power the headphones, the second supplies in parallel the background music via a connected speaker
A suggestion for improving I have yet:
An AUX-In input via 3.5mm jack would be great, then the cable adapter would become the full-fledged universal headphone amplifier.
