This book changed my world view, it gives hope, delivers ideas about our brain capacity and therefore personal, emotional, physical, physiological, is an ode to perseverance, to improve, to openness of mind, a way of life is renewed, curiosity, broader and more promising horizons. It reads like a novel, and that changes our relationship to disease, physical and emotional difficulties, children, elderly or injured people. A transforming reading deeply. I did not share, but have offered more than 20 times since the summer. A must read.
