The NeoTV 550 Media Player is no longer supported by Netgear (old model). The software is bad, according to Netgear no correction since old model: YouTube videos can not be played, country and place are not set (for example, weather display). The device is not otherwise bad, but it reacts extremely slowly. All Formats I play without a problem. But because of faulty software, I would not buy the device.
