After many attempts, I have developed the optimal treatment method I find:

1. A good foot cream (eg Celyoung) on ​​the heels Apply before going to bed in a good layer thickness. Guideline in the initial treatment about 1.5 cm from the tube. Leave on for at least overnight if much cornea, possibly also the whole day. Check that the film is still sitting well.

2. After removing the film, the entire cornea is quite to very soft. Who has a good method to remove these now soft cornea, it may now do.

My method is very effective and efficient, but is only suitable for people with a little courage and a lot (!!) sensitivity:
I take a snap-off of a carpet knife (ie the ones you can break off 10 times or so). Now I use the bare blade on the entire width of the affected area at an angle of 30 ° to the skin and gently scrape the skin off. I had over 20 years to fight with cracks on the heels, because as I was able to run for a week only on tiptoe. I also put a lot of money in professional pedicure.

PS. The Celyoung socks can save, because the sock still takes a lot of cream on, is totally messed up after some time, and the skin is not soft enough, there is still too much air rankommt.
