I had read the E-PL5 and am now switched to this - in fact mainly due to the WiFi. Now I have to find that the camera is still much better than I thought before! A small list of things that have surprised me: - Digital Gyroscope For Never Again oblique images - Very good image stabilizer - WiFi: D - The VF-4-seeker is now fully compatible - Automatic tallying of HDR images (+ countless HDR modes) - Same menu navigation only aufgehübscht (Olympus beginners throw without much instruction and try their problems but old Olympus hares know immediately from) - Cursed chic design and the corresponding (sorry but ...) monkeys feel horny by the metal case - Quieter focus when shooting movies (barely perceive and only when it is very quiet) - Ability to suppress wind noise (selected in the advanced settings) - Cool way modes, especially the so-called photo stories I find very cool - Selfie mode! : D
Negative things: Well because the camera can not help ... Unfortunately, neither yet extended their Adobe RAW compatibility to the E-PL7, so a far remains only the Olympus software. Aperture, Lightroom and Photoshop (and as far as I've heard also CaptureOne and the rest of them) so can not even begin with the .orf images the camera. So nothing for people who want to use it immediately with the full programs. Otherwise, however, absolute recommendation, great recreational camera for the discerning "hobby clippers".
EDIT: Meanwhile, the camera Lightroom / Photoshop version 5.7 is supported at least by Adobe.
