With the new head (and new Canon cartridges also) that the printer is out blank sheets provided without reporting any malfunctions, so without reporting the true nature of the fault (depending on the vendor something at the logic board). Thus the printer notifications made me an unnecessary expense, on the order of the price of new printer. The grade attributed door on it, and not on the head itself, which could be really evaluated.
The print head was taken by the supplier to 75% of its price (transportation to and from my expense of course), which is acceptable since it was taken out of -forcément- sealed to test packaging.
Other users seem to be satisfied with their purchase. For my part I can only warn against this type of investment. In the present state of things, unfortunately, although we are opposed to the fact of waste and to dispose of a machine that even seems to function perfectly, it is better to change the printer squarely rather than embarking on operations risky repair and loss of insured time.
