This SSD is faster than the newer version 530, have both tested.
Since I have long 2years use a 520 180GB version and this still stands at 100% I thought that would be the newer faster. The smaller 180GB has now moved into a notebook and my desktop has just got this back. Intel is not the fastest SSD but very reliable and therefore a full purchase recommendation. I've never had problems with it. Have already other manufacturers had.
