Finally! A big step in the right direction!

Anticipation. I am a big fan of the "old" Resident Evil parts, but also no hater of modern (ie from part 4). While Part 4 was at least still grim and erninnerte to the old parts are part 5 and 6 only pure action games that have also made my admittedly a lot of fun, but had nothing to do basically with Resident Evil, how I love it, ,
And now comes "Relevation" in which I had put great hopes (after much reading) and has been (am about at the half) not disappointed.

Much has been already said by others, so easy now to take without my impression at all.

Anticipation has to be said that this part of Nintedo 3DS is actually a title and was aufpolliert for major consoles and PC in HD. Logically, the graphics are not as good as in other new games (so no comparison to Resi 6), but it serves its purpose and it looks bad in any case. Otherwise the game is consistently be described as successful. Finally there is this dark tense horror atmosphere of the in part 5 and 6 was no trace. That is usually little opponents and tight spaces, so I came by one or the other already quite a sweat. Although there may be here one way or another larger Ballerei location, but the quieter, gloomy moments predominate but then significantly.

Added to this is that the Muntion is somewhat scarce and you again have to aim more accurate than its predecessors. While not as blatant as before but still the stronger ammunition is already more valuable. Even the good old boxes there are at least partly again. Very nice, I also found that classic key Search (So Ankerschlüsser, or Steuerradschlüsser and so ;-)), so you always have to walk through rooms and hallways old (vermeitlich Safe) and is constantly tense.

All in all, Capcom has done everything right with this part and I wish for Resident Evil 7 eventually a similar game. Vielleich still introduce the good old typewriter again (who contributed a large part to the "Survival" Feeling), a scarce Inverntar as before and especially the good old zombies. If Capcom the so hinkriegt I'll buy the game immediately at full price!

UPDATE:

Worth mentioning is definitely also the so-called "Raubzugmodus", a bonus game, so to speak. Here you have to run through individual level sections and opponents do, which are heavier and more numerous. One gathers from level to level experience points and improve his weapon and unlock new stuff. Power hellish mood this mode and offers a lot of levels, so you can spend more Stundenlag after playing through the Kampange. All thumbs up!
