I tried everything in the register weight loss! But I am amazed by the results. Less than 15 kg since October 2006 and I continue slowly but surely. I followed the online Valerie program and now I bought his book that I carry around with me everywhere. It's very convenient. So I have my log with me in my bag. I learned all full of tips and tricks as she calls them. Very convenient. Never seen before.

The 'Valerie's approach is not a diet but a lifestyle. Must shake physicians s''excitent with their white coats and want to make us crazy restrictive diets: and I will eat you as proteins, and I will eat you that boiled vegetables. Here it is fun. I look forward to the next book by Valerie.

ps: I found a french in cookbook on Amazon written by Valerie. I am a fan!
