So, I'm going to "Complete Clapton" certainly not down, because I already "The Cream of Clapton" and "Clapton Chronicles" call my own, hence the new compilation for me offers little new. But all beginners it is warmly recommended, because the first time there is a Clapton compilation in a double CD. The 36 songs cover 40 career years not from rudimentary, yet to stand his hit singles in the foreground (clear which part should eventually also sell), and not the blues - and in my opinion usually better - numbers. But as an introduction, there are currently hardly anything better!
PS Unless, of course, this 4-CD box set "Crossroads" ... Here's also Blues en masse.
