Had flirted with the Panasoncic BDT 500, probably the currently BEST players, though who is now cheap, but it is a discontinued model (700 coming in August) and I got the Panasonic DMR-BCT835EG Blu-ray Recorder, the very same design / ähnlichs a should.
The recorder I did not want to play continuously, because I have a motion judder not wegbekomme for DVD, have all the settings as antialiasing etc. attempts and a separate player is better, because not every start the disk + Tuner
The Pana BDT700 will be too expensive.
Did the Sony BDP-S5200 / 6200 and 7200 found.
Can you take all 3 !!! 7200 only comes out still.
Have me for the 6200 decision:
+ Quick thanks to dual core processor
+ Fast boot
+ Very quiet, almost inaudible! Only occasionally and to hear at the start. That was the most important to me!
+ Super image quality
+ Read until now everything: each disk and file via USB (mkv, avi tested)
+ WLAN super easy
+ Display legible with the most important (in the film): the elapsed time
+ Apps run well
+ Housing visually ok, nice and compact
+/- Remote little small, but handy :)
+/- Menu as for PS3, I did not know, is getting used to and I have to still find their way there :)
- No optical output: something not thought there :) Habs then connected to coax
- Otherwise, no ports (no chinch) except Coax, USB and HDMI; my previous player always had a lot of connections
- Gloss finish (piano black) is not so great; I like silver better
Have the purchase date no regrets, hope remains: quiet and strong player!
