My generation, it's sad, is not really going to change the numbers at the top. They do not move. We do not get to the point where 50% of the population - in my generation, there will not be 50% of people at the top of any industry. But I am hopeful that future generations can. I think the world would be run where half of our countries and half of our companies were run by women, would be a better world. And it is not just because people would know where the women's bathroom are, even if it would help. I think it would be a better world. I have two children. I have a 5 year old and two year old daughter. I want my son to have the choice to contribute fully to the workplace or at home, and I want my daughter to have the choice to not only overcome, but to be appreciated for what it will accomplish.
