First, great - but then ...

I ordered this knife in March 2011 two times and use it almost daily. Has become one of my favorite knives. To date, not reground and it cuts as tomatoes than any other of my knife. And at the price - great!

Now - in May 2012 - I can the knife (both natural) barely touched because the handles stick like an old chewing gum. Seems to be a problem of the handle, I had a similar phenomenon at a similarly good IKEA knife also. Since I 301 insets also WMF, Zwilling and Porsche, my course is clear that here alone compromises must be made already pricewise. But if I can produce such a sword, I should grow also handles that hold a while longer than this.
