First impressions excellent

For cooling a G3258 INTEL processor, CPU cooler is now, inaudible; yet I am very demanding on that! I say for now because it is running at a relatively low speed because the ambient temperature is not too high and that the processor has not undergone "stress test". For information, this processor cooler maintained at a temperature between 27 and 28 ° in so-called "normal" use. What about the temperature and thus the noise when the processor is in "charge"? A check so ...

Anyway, the fan meets the standard "PWM" (4 son), that is to say that the latter is capable of blowing more or less strong depending on how hot it must dissipate; a very good point!

But be careful ...

The dimensions (especially height) of the "beast" may cause problems when integrated in some cases. This is particularly the case with the GIGABYTE LUXO X10 (see my review). So be vigilant on that!

Coupling cooler / processor requires great care and a minimum of "training"! Do not take our word for those who claim you can perform this task as easy especially when you are new ... But with a little perseverance, one succeeds. Tip ... BEFORE you apply thermal paste, do a few tests coupling "blank" it will save you a lot of stress and "hair pulling" during final assembly ...
