Actually a nice cover: leatherette touches his good; the sleep function does exactly what it should; the magnet is strong enough so that the shell will be closed reliably during transport.
Unfortunately, the cover of my copy is sewn wrong: top he sits perfectly, it is shifted down about 1/2 cm to the right above the reader. Therefore, the envelope goes back again. Too bad ...

Update 24/02/2015: a new shell just got that fits perfectly and therefore revise my original review.
