Fissler - just good, but not cheap

I just had to go see myself, but I ordered the pan here in 2008 on Amazon. It seems not so before, as if the pan was so old, because I use it very regularly, perhaps every week 1 time. Caveat: I'm a big fan of Fissler Profi Collection series and have really, except for 2 exceptions (cast iron roasting pan, wok pan Culinario) everything from the professional Collection.
This pan is a serving pan. Has 2 handles - no stick - which are securely mounted to the pan and just warm - not hot. The 32cm diameter offer plenty of space for everything you like to cook in large quantities: fried vegetables, fried noodles, Kas Sparrow, fried potatoes, fried eggs several simultaneously, omelettes, crepes, paella, etc.
The pan is well and uniformly hot and fry everything through very well. It is suitable for induction, I take it for browning, really awesome. Together with the large dome cover the pan is really an all-rounder.
One should not forget the gentle cooking but: Even if it's heavy solid professional quality, which is not a carte blanche, with metal spatulas and forks in the coating scratching around and poking. I really have never seen a non-stick pan that would tolerate such a thing for more than 1 year - no matter what the advertising promises. I proceed with Kunststoffpfannenwendern and silicone utensils and had no problems. One or the other strips on the floor, yes. But the coating comes off not. I ask the Serving also like to put in the dishwasher - they also survived.
So I'm more satisfied users! Clear Kaupfempfehlung, although the current price is higher than some of my time.
