What is important in this shower head holder in my opinion, that the height adjustment button shows the clamping device for the shower rod in the assembly downward. Then the wedge acts namely the gravity and clamped on the release of the button corresponding to solid. The set from Amazon image suggests more of a button-up position.
My version has opposed previous reviews a Phillips screw that can be adjusted the angle of the shower head holder and notice particularly.
Problems with the position of strength of the shower head did not occur, although the shower head used relatively easily and the new shower hose is very flexible. Tipping over the shower head forward would need but I understand (at least for the purchased of me mount) a very heavy shower head, a well described by other reviewers 'After-rear tilting' would be in a much too short or extremely heavy and long shower hose I can even quite strong pull on the shower hose, without that adjusted the shower head.
Overall, this bracket was a very good buy, because I was so completely avoid the application of a new wall bar incl. Drilling on the wall tiles etc. and you can see no difference in quality or design to the rest of the Grohe shower fittings.
*) The Unica 80 shower rod like most old 18mm-wall bars actually intended for shower holders with pins and hinge piece and therefore relatively close to the wall. We must therefore also be careful that you not use a shower hose for a long cone or rigid material, otherwise 'grinds' this at an inclination angle of the shower head holder of> 45 ° to the wall or the shower head can not be correctly plugged into the cradle.
