Fleur de Sel is a natural product that is consuming skimmed off by hand. It's ideal for ready-made meals to refine the table. To use the pasta water is safe to pity. But who has the fleur de sel given times on his egg or finished meat and fish dishes has refined it, it will surely appreciate it.
I already know several fleur de sel from France and Mallorca. A quality feature is when the Fleur de Sel can grind in hand to smallest grains. About prices one should not write reviews yes. Nevertheless, I have bought the salt in a French supermarket for a few euros. So it is a product of the low-price segment. In the current online price might expect something better many a connoisseur. Still, I like to spend sometimes a few euros more, when it comes to your door. Imports from France certainly contributes also to such a high price. So the price should not be included in my review, I just wanted to make it clear that it is one of the cheaper sea salt products and tastes so.
