My handicapped son does not grow harmoniously, it is the only trotter that allowed him to touch the ground with his feet. Is height adjustable and rotates on itself. Caveats: anti-chutte pads located under the trotter also prevents it from rolling on the carpet (very late) and on uneven ground (old house). The seat does not stay in his place around the small but when it is removed from the draft, mobility problem also only the front wheels swivel, locking the seat in forward position does not take a long time (a few days were enough to the grind ....) and finally the game board with the piano does not stay in its place the baby throws without any difficulty. Very disappointed for the price but not the only choice suitable for the size of my son.
