For all heat sources? - Limited suitability.

I bought the pan because I was looking for a smaller wok with one hand - it should be cast, because I can not with city gas generate spontaneous heat as for cooking with the classical Blechwok is necessary. The disadvantages of heat storage I take this into the bargain. I am very pleased with the pan and branding needs here as well his time, the patina is better even if it takes much longer due to the very rough surface than in my other Sweden pans.

The second criticism is that there are no matching lid to the pan. The indicated diameter of 30 cm is an estimate of the rather refers to the outer diameter, the inner diameter is 29.3 cm +/- 1.5 mm (manufacturing tolerance). A 30 cm lid (eg Pyrex glass) is therefore too great, and a 28 cm cover fits, but sits a little deep - but can not fall down thereby. I own both wooden handle variants, personally like the version with the walnut grip better because the wood will look more natural - but that is certainly a matter of taste.
