I bought the piano not Amazon - but go a that appeared important to me as a beginner, after long research brief on some points.
1. True Piano Sound - CHECK
2. 88 keys, weighted - CHECK
3. Velocity - CHECK
Everything else at points that would otherwise not exist yet so made me just not interested because I am as I said beginners and first want to look like me at all so get along before I reach deeper into their pockets. (After a week, I can say - is playing on the left, go play right, both hands together: D -> is only interesting here and here it is practice, practice and more practice - always best measure by measure and not - so small passages practice: D)
In the shortlist were the P-105 and the Kawei ES-100. I was really about to order the P-105 - and have not done it - why? More Polyphonic I do not need as a beginner, as long the couple that this provides here from thick - no matter how complex music as I came along.
While the "Sound engine" has a different name but is just marketing - With headphones, the two electric pianos sound the same.
Accompanying music I need not (can now after a week it myself "accompany" quite good itself).
Own songs to record is nice but I do not really need. Metronome I've used only a few times.
I use exclusively the 1st Piano for everything - the other sound I have only been testing. Sure, it's nice if you piano / strings etc. can join - but I stand on the pure piano sound so I really do not need the rest - that keeps me only on the actual cause of piano playing. Well that's exactly what my P-35th Sit down -> Switch -> Get Started. Little buttons and little choice - one (s) can simply quickly concentrate on the essential.
For the Yamaha I have therefore decided to because I personally liked the most the sound here compared to Kawai or Thomann or to the Casio. (The sounds I have repeatedly consulted and compared across different test sites - in business that never was possible because there was no dealers in your area of several brands had at hand - just google for testing and you'll find plenty of reference material to counter hearing). Yamaha makes my ears here simply the sound I personally like very much (only with headphones).
The workmanship is very good in my opinion - had nothing to complain about for the price.
The built-in speakers are just "ok" to my ears - unfortunately I am one of the people use to hear the rather expensive active monitors - so I personally am not really impressed - but as it is written -> through good headphones, there are very good "mental cinema "!!!
The pedal - so small, and for a start in order - nothing earth-shattering. When I eventually internalized the pedal game I'll upgrade here maybe. To top Press it reached to start all.
Now - with the P35 I practice a nice instrument for - for the money saved I have bought a keyboard stand -> Konig and Meyer 18933
If you want to connect the piano to the PC, I can the M-Audio USB / MIDI Interface warmly recommend rum for about 30 EUR. With the cheap cable which is there to buy for a few EUR I had actually only problems Synthesia or notation software. There was always with me the sound I made for the sustain pedal. Synthesia is therefore not run properly. With the upper M-Audio everything runs fine. The original was me then too expensive: D
So that was it - really Think about again what features you require. 200 EUR more 200 EUR more ..... but I have said to myself if I even really can strum well in the foreseeable future -> then I buy myself certainly no electric piano for 500-650 EUR rum but then equal to one the 1500 EUR or more cost - because this then starts the fun only really I think ...... just naturally assumed that you can ever play ..... so am then practice times .... scales high and runterklimpern: D
UPDATE: I have noticed is one thing - when switching off, the P-35 the last settings does not notice. I always ask myself the touch response and Hall / Reverb so it's perfect for me. These settings do I have to do every time on New. At first it was annoying because you need the manual for it. After a few days you get used to it but that one has to operate after turning on two buttons more.
