First Impression:
Well made, pouring vents front, so no flour cloud at. No strong "New / plastic" odor.
Schlegel can be easily inserted and removed. No Plstikschutzring to the mallets, but a small metal.
Direct drop the relatively short Schlegel on (which indeed have already written other), which so far is just ok. I would so but can not beat cream for example in an Standardrührbecher.
First stage is equal to full power - and hear. Please observe the siesta of the other residents ;-)
I also had to set up, tried times the highest level - wow, because not notice the "weak" 250 Watts, beat well and that more than 5 minutes a cream, without what was hot. However vibiriert not as wild in his hand, but it can also be at the highest level to keep quiet with one hand.
When kneading it looks slightly different ... if you add the flour, etc. gives to you can firstonce knead a while to see what happens. But it works.
Conclusion:
Power that can be heard, but also noted. Endure and for people with stamina. Bit on the short. Ok for the price. Suitable for occasional baking, not for the discerning.
On my next wish is a "real" hand mixer. We still have an old felt 30 - 40 year old Krups unit, in which only the stirring hook are there - I will probably not dispose of and continue to take care of sponge cake, cream etc. In my ears to love :-)
