So we ordered a reasonable choice on Amazon. Including "Aqualung", "Playshoes", "Cressi" and it is this BECO in size 29 and 30. The other reviews have already said, turn out the BECO shoes slightly larger, so we immediately ordered a little smaller.
More expensive slippers we did not want, because we are not so often on the beach - it focuses on the summer vacation. And next year the children will be outgrown.
After we had tried the shoes in the clean, tiled kitchen, was for our children only the BECO left.
Why "clean and tiled"? Some slippers (not the BECO) have such a strange rubber sole as that any lint stuck.
What is different about BECO?
It is more stable material in the toe area, used on the heel and on the lacing. The sole is pulled upwardly (tripping protection for the toes) and in the heel provides good stability. The lacing is behind and can fix the shoes well. (The existing with other shoes, front lacing on the talus, expressed our children.)
The mesh panels are laterally pulled down low and cover esp. The lowest point in the shoe off, so that the water can drain well from the shoe and we did not have long to splash in a "water shoes".
The outsole has a good and seemingly robust profile. Only on smooth flow is not as suitable and slightly slippery, that our first test run on the tiled pool was not as successful.
In beach they were for super and also the really smooth flow of local Sanitareinrichtungen fit it, because the way out of the water, on sand and some grass was enough to the soles enough "dry" to.
Flagstones, paved paths, etc. no problem.
Pass Size: Our children are currently contributing 30 and 31 and in this BECO Badeschuh the 29 was appropriate.
In this respect it will in my opinion can not be avoided, 2 sizes to order and taste.
The other shoe brands, esp. With double sizes, we found that the differences between two variables (eg 28/29 and 30/31) are too high. So either fit one of these double sizes "by chance". Is this just a little too small or too large, is my knowledge that the appropriate next size up is so far away that they do not fit.
And at these shoes should not have too much air because otherwise the children stumble.
We found this kind of slippers so well that we still bought for us parents.
There fall shoes "normal size" of, we each have shoes in the usual shoe size perceived as appropriate.
And now enjoy "himself to try" and of course swimming at.
