The connecting cable of the HD 465 is thicker than that of the HD 435 and affects far more stable. The contact pressure is slightly stronger than the HD 435, but not unpleasant. The ear cups are large and there certainly fits every ear underneath, where the padding is nice and comfortable. Unfortunately you sweat easily at long listening, but that's not so bad and can get over. The look is relatively simple, but the headset takes advantage of the processing forth a very good impression.
The most important, the sound is very good, balanced and failed detailed. It sounds full and relatively neutral.
Overall, I can the Sennheiser HD 465 only recommend due to its neutral sound and good price. Between the rather soft reproducing HD 435 and HD 485 heavy bass, he is the golden mean. :)
