First feeling after unpacking was ok. The design was not as great as the LG. More plastic to the frame and a little thicker in depth.
After enable the one is just fine through the basic settings and then reaches even to the actual television image.
I must say that I run a Dreambox 7080HD as receiver and my actual television properties as channel sorting, recording, etc. are therefore not important.
I'm doing more around the image "ansich" and Smart TV functions.
The image is over-sharpened by working from too loud and completely. So you can really his customers away Samsung.
I had but before the net picked out the coarse image settings and set the same.
The picture is (properly adjusted) Fantastic. Super color, crisp contrast, black level and a useful top sharpness.
Now comes the thing that generally most disturbs me about the Samsung. Once time is no longer sitting right in front of the television, but 2m left or right of it, is all fluff. The black is rather gray and the colors fade a bit. I was not used to my old LG IPS panel.
But you can live with it, no reason for me to return.
The rest works without problems. Apps run quickly and without crashes and the device also reacts pleasantly fast to all commands.
The 71Watt power consumption I find also good, after all, 40 watts less than the LG.
All in all, a good device, but in my opinion the limit of 799 should not exceed. For what it currently costs 949 I would not have taken him.
