This book does not present us a manual to a meditation with repetitive mantras. He explains that he is not about to sit on the floor cross-legged and repeating the same words for 10 minutes and then resume our daily routine. Here, it is rather "Vipassana" meditation that requires daily practice, efforts of Attention and concentration in order to see life as it really is, in full consciousness. The first explanation seems clear then raise issues not always addressed in the text, but the author makes clear: nothing like practice! So please, put into practice the basic tips, and see what happens after a few weeks.
