The background of this work is not involved. Although old already, it's one of the best books on the subject. But for those who have not already read it, it is the form wrong! Printing characters are so small, that the text itself is difficult to read and of course notes and bibliographical references are out of reach without a magnifying glass. Why not have published this voluminous work in two volumes legible? Better yet, why not adopt the DIGITAL FORMAT allowing each player (depending on age in particular) to adopt a character size suitable for his vision? Could the editors think a little about those who read the books and do not refuse to put the required price ... and not just those who print them?
