functional but cheap, a bit bulky and too focused lighting

Working properly, comes with charger + Car Charger + 2 batteries.
However too focused lighting (even with the setting + large), cheap product (do not use if wet weather, sea, ...) and I doubt that the announced power (1600 lumens) is effective (I have a lamp torch that illuminates much and that is only 300 lm).

But for the price it's hard to be too critical!
